Supervised Classification> Practical Work On Eradas Imagine

Practical Work Of ERDAS IMAGINE
 Supervised Classification
Ø  Open ERDAS IMAGINE 2013
Ø  Click on Raster then click on spectral
Ø  Click on layer stack then click on select the input file
Ø  Click on layer then click on ok
Ø  Then click on add and add the layer and remain layer add through this technique
Ø  Click on select output file and give the file name – lab – 3 layer – stack
Ø  Click on ok then click on ok
Ø  When the layer select is Done and then click on close
Ø  Click on file and click on open then click on Raster layer
Ø  Click on RS labs 10 and add the file and click on Raster then click on signature Editor click on Drawing then click on Zoom in and click on layer and start work of layer
Ø  First of all we add layer, vegetation second layer add the water, third layer add the Bilt up area and fourth layer add mixed up area
Ø  When the Digitization complete on classes
Ø  Click on file then click save
Ø  Click on name output signature set file
Ø  Click on Lab – 3 give the name to the table
Ø  Lab – 3 table click on ok –then click on ok and click on classify then click on supervised
Ø  Click on the name of classified output layer file and give the file name and click on ok
Ø  Click on FUZZY classification
Ø  Click on name of output Distance file and give the name to output layer and click on ok
Ø  Again click on ok
Ø  When the classification is done then click on close
Ø  Click on start, then click on Arc map 10.1and open it
Ø  Click on add data and add lab – 3 classify
Ø  Right click on picture and click on properties
Ø  Click on symbology then click on color map
Ø  Click on apply and ok
Ø  Click on Arc toolbox then click on spatial analyst tools then click on reclass and click on reclassify
Ø  Click on input raster and click on picture
Ø  Click on reclassification and arrange the old value and new values.
Ø  Click on save and give the file name then click on ok
Ø  Right click on reclass – img – 38—then click on open attribute table—click on table options
Ø  Click on add filed
Ø  Name: Area
Ø  Type: Double
Ø  Click on ok and select the count
Ø  Right click on area then click on field calculator and click on count area= [(count+)*900] /1000000 and click on ok
Ø  Click on start then click on Microsoft Excel
Ø  Add the area values then click on insert
Ø  Click on pie graph and click on percentage graph
Ø  Click on start and open the paint
Ø  Click on paste in paint and add Microsoft graph and setting this graph
Ø  Click on paint then click on save as
Ø  Click on save JPEG picture and save it
Ø  Go back to the Arc - GIS
Ø  Click on layout view
Ø  Click on file and click on page and print setup
Ø  Click on size and select the A4 size page
Ø  Then click on landscape
Ø  Click on ok and set the layer in page
Ø  Click on insert then click on title, legend North arrow, text and click on picture and add
Ø  Click on file and click on Export map
Ø  Click on file name and save the picture in the form of JPEG form
